Kym's Visit!

Kym visited us with her mom Leanne (sp?), Briget, and twins to be (scary!). We all had a very nice visit.

Cabbage Island

I didn't take too many shots of the boating trip to Cabbage island. The girls had a great time on the beautiful soft sand and the dads had a pretty nice time of it too.


Sometimes it's all about the feeling of sand between your toes...

There were a few very cool looking red Dragonflies on the island. I managed to get a picture during a rare stop in the action. You can thank me later for not publishing all the shots I took of the animal in flight.

Family Portrait attempt #1

We needed a family picture for Megan's daycare... so Andrea helped us out - but not much luck with Megan's smile.

Pour Les Deux Amis

Gabby brought her Mommy and sister over to play today so that I could forget that Megan is having her first full day of daycare without me...
Popsicles on the back deck were a big success.

And Gabby and Katie tried out the swings. As Gabby kept pointing out through lunch, C'est pour les deux amis!

Swings at Home

Daddy and Papa worked hard once we got home to get some swings into our backyard too! Everyone is most pleased with the results.

Maddy's First Birthday

We managed to get the 3 babies on the couch for a minute.

Busy Vacation

Daddy and Papa and Mommy don't mess around getting a swing set going. Katie is happy to test it out.

Then we decided to beat the heat in the pool.

And air dry afterwards.

We finished up the day with some time on the rocks at low tide. Katie kept busy ensuring that all the tidal pools were full.

Megan enjoys the view while flying.

But what she really wants to do is walk.

Time to head home to the bath!
