Trip to Kelowna

The cousins united in Kelowna. Fun times were had by all. Conner at the wheel and away they go!

The obligatory sesame street platinum hits dance party! Apparently Hannah turns 14 next year!

Megan and Granny are having a lovely visit.

The Scooters are so much fun that Kaitlyn still talks about them now (in September...)

Megan's 1st Birthday

It is crazy to think that Megan is 1 year old already. She is really starting to show her colours... On Her birthday we had a nice breakfast on the patio and she opened her presents out there. Thank you to all the friends and relatives for sending such nice gifts!

What's in there?

Some of the relatives decided that Kaitlyn would like to be included and sent her a colouring book! It certainly kept her distracted (or was that my hat?)

Megan loves to prentend that just about anything is a telephone. I am suddering at the impending bills already... This elmo phone was a huge hit!

And if you are on the phone, you may as well get dressed up!

Whistler Continued.

6 kids. No house is big enough...

Whistler Gong Show!

We had 5 days in Whistler with Penny, Neil, Hannah, and Connor Bason plus Rhys, Karen, Megan, and Ellen Jones (forgive my spelling!). We took the bikes along the valley trail to Meadow Park. Kaitlyn and Hannah enjoy some digging.

We met Vas at the park and then cycled to a sandy spit on Green lake. The water was cold but it was fun to go in up to your knees on a hot day.




I can't remember what the heck the kids were doing here, but they were pretending to be dinosaurs or something...

The party was so much fun that Megan fell asleep standing up. The consequences of that are evident in the above picture.


Kaitlyn enjoyed playing with the dogs. Niko is very patient.

Megan is also very patient. She has to put up with her aunt Bevin. Can you spot the wardrobe malfunction? We all had a good chuckle!

Inlaws are exhausting! I seem to be practicing to be a grandfather already! Bring on the snores...
